We accept returns or refunds only if:

We currently do not offer exchanges, except for wrong or defective items.

9. Part Payment & Pre-Order Policy
If a customer makes a part payment or deposit to reserve or initiate an order:
•The balance must be completed within 14 days (or within the agreed time frame stated at checkout or in messages).
•After 30 days of no communication or completion, the order will be marked as cancelled, and the deposit will be non-refundable, as raw materials and supplies are already reserved.
•If a refund is approved after part payment, it will be processed within 7–30 working days, less any administrative or material cost deductions incurred.
This ensures fairness while protecting the business against late cancellations.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed or shipped.
After this time, cancellations are subject to our standard refund window (7–30 working days).
